This Cookie Policy is available in Italian (official version), English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese. In case of discrepancy between versions, the Italian version shall prevail.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar tools (localStorage, sessionStorage and third-party content) used on the website www.spapperi.com (the "Site") by SPAPPERI NT S.r.l., Via Pietro Ercolani 5/B, 06012 Città di Castello (PG), VAT number and Tax Code IT03467460543 (the "Controller"), pursuant to art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) of 10 June 2021.
For all matters relating to the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy, of which this Cookie Policy forms an integral part.
2. What cookies and similar tools are
Cookies are small text files that the site saves in the browser and that are read again on subsequent visits. localStorage and sessionStorage are browser storage areas with a similar function: localStorage keeps data until it is deleted, sessionStorage until the tab is closed. By law they are subject to the same rules as cookies.
3. Technical tools (no consent required)
These are necessary for the operation of the Site or of a service requested by the user and are installed without consent, as permitted by art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. They are all first-party and are not used to profile the user.

Users of the Site's administration panel (the Controller's staff) also receive a technical session cookie (payload-token), which does not concern visitors.

5. Tools subject to consent
5.1 YouTube videos
The videos on the Site are provided by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). No YouTube content is loaded until the user presses the play button: until then, Google receives no data. By pressing play, the user consents to the loading of the video, which takes place in "privacy-enhanced mode" (youtube-nocookie.com); from that moment YouTube may receive the IP address and store cookies or data in the browser in accordance with its own privacy policy. Consent applies only to the video started.
5.2 Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
The Site is set up to use Google Analytics 4 as a statistics tool. At present the service is not active and no statistics cookies are installed. If it is activated, the Google Analytics scripts will be loaded only after consent to the "Analytics cookies" category of the banner; this Cookie Policy will be updated with the list of cookies used and users will be asked for new consent.
5.3 Marketing
The "Marketing cookies" category is present in the banner but is not currently associated with any tool: the Site does not use profiling cookies or advertising pixels. Any future use will be preceded by an update of this Cookie Policy and a new request for consent.
6. Consent management
On the first visit, a banner appears allowing the user to accept all non-technical tools ("Accept all"), reject them ("Reject non-essential") or choose by category ("Manage preferences"). Non-technical categories are disabled by default: until the user gives consent, no tool subject to consent is activated.
Preferences can be changed or consent withdrawn at any time via the cookie-shaped icon always visible at the bottom left of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of what took place before it.
The banner is shown again when this policy is substantially updated (new version) or if the user deletes the browser data. For the purpose of proving consent, each choice is recorded on the Controller's servers together with the policy version, the date, the browser type and a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of the IP address; these records are retained for 24 months, as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
7. Management through the browser
Cookies and browser data can also be deleted or blocked through the browser settings; blocking technical tools may prevent some features, such as the Reserved Area or the chat, from working. Instructions for the main browsers:

9. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated as a result of regulatory or technical changes or changes to the services offered. The version in force is identified by the "Last updated" date; in the event of changes concerning tools subject to consent, the banner will be shown again.
